Coachbuilt Prams, Canopies and Quilt Sets

Well after all the rush and panic, it's over!!     And a great weekend was had by all I think, I know Lesley and I enjoyed ourselves.   We met quite a few more prammies too, such as Anne Bartle, Fi Hook, Sandra Hilton, Diana Butcher, Jan (don't know her surname - sorry!), and not forgetting Jan Oakes who made it all possible for us.   Without all her and Peb's hard work there would be no pram exhibit at Onslow and lot of ladies would be trailing around after their menfolk instead of standing admiring our beautiful old ladies and seeing all our costumes!

Here are a few photos to give you an idea of how it all went!

There seems to be an errant teddy in the 1880 French pram!

A very game Lady Mayor of Shrewsbury riding in a little cart pulled by a miniature steam engine

Now what's he up to?

Just posing - as you do!!  My hat seems to be sliding off stage right!  The wind was to blame, I had to hold on to it and the hatpins couldn't take the strain!

I think Lesley's going to have to have a word with this teddy of hers.  He's getting out of hand.

Very definitely!

I think its time he went home!
