Coachbuilt Prams, Canopies and Quilt Sets

PRAMMIE DAY DOWN UNDER!

My prammie friends in Australia recently displayed their beautiful old ladies in all their shining glory at an agricultural show in Perth, Western Australia.   The ladies attending the show with their husbands must have thought they had died and gone to heaven!

Just a bit mobbed!!!!!   It never fails to amaze me how many people, the whole world over, who are interested to see the old coachbuilt prams.   There are only a very few people who look at them and say odd things like "Spooky!"  -  what the hell is spooky about a coachbuilt I asked this one girl and she replied that she had seen one in a horror film!!!!!

This couple were really intrigued with the reborn dolls. The look on the
gentlemans face is just priceless.Lesley makes these gorgeous babies

Just look at this!!   A tiny 6 week old baby girl having the first photocall of her life in a beautiful Ballerina pram!

Oh now, there's a surprise!!!  Lyn Shea has found a couple of men in uniform, well I'll be blowed!!!

A couple of little prammies in the making down under.  Let's hope they manage to persuade their parents to let them have a proper coachbuilt to play with, or better still to use when they have families of their own.

Thanks very much to Jackie Smiley for sending all these wonderful photos and to all the ladies involved in taking the prams to exhibit at the Perth Royal Show, we all really appreciate their hard work and for recording the day for us.
