My friend Annette Lobban has asked me to list her lovely Royale detachable model for sale:

Royale (don't know the model name) detachable pram

All of the chrome is lovely and bright and in good condition, all the hub caps are present with 'R' embellished on them. The tyres are fine lots of walking time on them yet.

The chassis is very tidy indeed and sports a plunge brake lever

The bed is nice, clean and unspoilt and the rubber grip on the handle is intact with 'Royale' stamped on it.

The body detaches from the chassis and the handle folds over for easy storage.

The pram comes with a bag to match the hood and apron which are in a serviceable condition although faded and a bit brittle with age. The elastic on the storm flap fasteners has overstretched over the years and will need replacing. The apron fixings will need a patch/attention of some sort.

All in all a very tidy ready to use pram

Silver Cross Tenby £275

In lovely condition having been professionally re-sprayed and new coach lines applied. The hood and apron are original stylon material and in nice condition.

The pram bag doesn't quite match the hood and apron as it is new.

The pram cover and canopy are included in the sale, don't think there is a matching pillow case with this set.

The chrome sparkles and the tyres are good for lots of pram walks yet. This pram folds down for easy storage

As co-owner of The Pram Society with Jackie Burnett, we were offered, and have acquired, several original Victorian and Edwardian prams and have decided to keep several of them for our own use for display purposes but would like to offer some of them for sale.

Hitchings...circa 1890

A fine Hitchings bespoke carriage, needs no introduction really, any collector out there would know they were the very first pram makers to supply Queen Victoria, and i am delighted to offer this restored beauty for sale, Hitchings continued in business until the 1950,s... a very tall pram standing some 53 inches to the top of the brown leatherette hood, which has been cleverly copied from the old duck cloth which would have been on, her livery has been well applied and is a lighter shade of brown, adorned by the cream coachlining.....four stunning metal wheels, all four brass hubcaps are present as are all the brass fittings,the interior is very dark brown, deep cushioned seating, with brass fittings again, no expense was spared on these early perambulators. Hitchings is clearly embossed on the handle, also on the brass hood arms, a lot of scrolled iron work is visible also, a dream to push, this beauty would certainly enhance any pram collection, all the work has been done for you, please email me with any enquiries... shipping will be considered.

ORIGINAL MILLSONS VICTORIA

Linda Flanagan-Parks has this original Millsons Victoria for sale. Linda says:-

"She has the foot extension that comes up and out, also the foot pocket flap at the end for extra leg room.
I have always wanted a Victoria, and now i have one i find that shes just too big for the house.
She needs some tlc, she was refurbished but has been stored badly in a container where i found her. She is as found, if she wasnt so big i would never part with her.

Mary Morris has emailed with details of a Gesslein she would like to sell.

The pram is 35 years old and in very good condition. It was made in Germany and has side and front "windows" with protective easy to fit sun shades. It also has a rain cover and a large shopping/baggage tray underneath. Open to offers.

Hilary Taylor has this beautiful Marmet pram for sale. I'll let Hilary tell you about it:-

"It is an unusual and beautiful 1968 Marmet Coachbuilt Pram in green leather with a white interior. In very good condition overall.

The pram was purchased new for us by my parents as a gift and has been used for our children and grandchildren. The interior is white and has no fading, and is complete with the original white mattress and baby harness clips. Complete with hood, apron, shopping tray. Body size is 39” x 18” and handle height is 37”. Brake is in perfect working order.

This pram is beautifully sprung – an amazingly smooth ride and so easy to push. It has been kept in a dry smoke-free environment. On 17" and 15" chrome wheels and un-cracked tyres (despite many miles of use). The body is removable and the chassis is collapsible so will fit into a car boot.

Vintage Canopy and quilt set

Sale includes large 32” matching ‘Morlands’ fringed canopy in cream with a green leaf design and green interior lining. Canopy frame extends and is complete with fastenings and original leather ends in good condition.

Also included are pram quilt and pillow case/pillow. (other bedding available if required)

Melanie Gaunt has this little Princess dolls pram which needs to be rehomed. As you can see it would make an excellent project for someone to restore and also has the leather strap suspension which is quite rare in a dolls pram.
