Coachbuilt Prams, Canopies and Quilt Sets

Well, this weekend just has to go down in history as one of the wettest in June!   It just never stopped raining long enough to draw breath, it was wet overhead and wet under foot and the water even invaded the marquee and left puddles amongst the exhibits.   However, it didn't stop us intrepid prammies from getting together and enjoying ourselves.

May I say a big thank you to all of you out there who braved the dreadful weather to come and see our exhibits, we are all very grateful

Here are a few photos, mainly of the exhibits I have to say, because there wasn't a lot else to photograph with the weather being so dreadful.

Lynda's Marmet Coniston

Lynda's Osnath Queen

My Bird of Paradise

Annette Lobban's SilverCross Super Burley

My Wilson Egremont (set is for sale - on ebay item no. 260425313623)

Fiona Hook's French Victorian pram

Julie Grimshaw's beautiful Wilson Versailles (for sale)

Lynda's "Flower Pram" - found in a garden being used as a planter!  It is actually a 1947 SilverCross Empress

Sandra Hilton's fabulous Marmet Lady

Lorraine Illingworth "Prams of Distiction" Wilson Marquise

My Manton Ventnor - many thanks to Sheila Waterfield for donating her beloved pram to me and for coming through the horrendous weather yesterday to see us.  Maybe next year it will be fit enough to take her for a walk - more about that later!
